Bratislava Slovakia is a very progressive and prepared town. Just in case they have visitors from another galaxy, they want the flying saucers to maintain an orderly fashion. None of this zipping around faster than the speed of light and parking in wheat fields causing elaborate crop circle designs, Mr. Alien pilot, you will park here. Thank you.
