What's for breakfast tomorrow? Bacon Cinnamon Rolls, of course! Find the recipe at Bacon Today.

OK, since the site linked is overloaded, here's the recipe.

Ingredients:
1 tube ready-to-cook cinnamon rolls
1 uncooked slice of bacon per roll

Directions:
1. Unroll the rolls, place one piece of bacon on each roll.
2. Follow printed cinnamon roll directions.

To begin a series they call Pork Week, Salon has a new article about the fascination we have with all things bacon. Oh yeah, there are many reasons -it's tasty, decadent, funny, and part of internet culture. Yours Truly was cited as an "expert", mainly because I wrote a piece about the phenomenon last year, besides posting various bacon news here. Mmmm ...bacon.
