I was born and raised in Milwaukee-- ten yrs. old in 1982, and I'll have you know it was the awesomest year in Milwaukee history. Not only was that song piped through speakers on top of lamp posts all over the city, inspiring us to seek out Truth where/whenever possible in a confrontational, yet non-threatening way, but it was also the year the Brewers went to (and lost) the World Series. January 1st, 1983, it was back to the suck.
Tight. I bet they set that house on fire just to get the footage ...
I like the fireman coming out for his interview while the house is still burning. What was that song? Didn't they use it for some sports show too?

Good ol Milwaukee.
Someone had to show the world it's not just Levern and Shirley
Was I the only one coming up with lyrics to go along with the tune & video while it was going on (a la "Literal Take On Me")?
" A policeman gets out of his car and we're here to ask him 'Sir, what is going on here?'..."
I am? Okay. Just checking.
