Why?
The folks down under think A-cups encourage pedophilia.
Despite the fact that many adult woman are blessed with hand cup sized breasts, it is a size now viewed as obscene, child-like and "for beginners." In defense of blossoming teens, adult actresses must now cover up or hit the plastic surgeon.
I suspect the silicone lobby had a hand in this curious ruling.

This is insane. It's bad enough that normal-sized women already feel inadequate surrounded by images of (mostly enhanced) movie stars and advertising models.
If they are really concerned about protecting young girls, why isn't the ban extended to other, more accessible things like advertisements, beaches and TV/Movies?
What about shaved snizz? It'd be the same problem.
Logical extensions of this ruling lead us in all kinds of irrational directions: "It's not that you're in the 3rd grade, Timmy, and don't take this personally...it's just that you are not very well-endowed."
I also free-associated to Potsie on Happy Days, who would sneak up to Ritchie's room above the garage to stare at Playboy and say: "Wow, no imagine those stuffed into an angora sweater..."

If they run a flick with shaved guys, won't it direct the attention to young boys? Wouldn't it have a PedoBear Approval Seal if one of the guys were not only bald shaved but also small and thin, like a 6th grader?
Or is it only the Silicone Valley--sorry for the infamous pun--that is making a lobby to up the rates of breast augmentation surgeries?
What about slightly out of shape middle aged men? Surely their sadly sagging pecs pose a serious concern.
