YESbutNObutYES: Top 20 of 2009

From the desk of last resort:

This year, was a good one. Our little site had about 4 million visits and over 11 million page views.
"Not bad Rudolph. Not bad at all"

We survived a few server attacks, became happy tweeters, welcomed some new commenters, and continued the mayhem on YBNBY Forum. 2009 also featured the return of Johnny Wright, the brief return of Jellio, plus the debut of 3 Chords and the Truth.

But, it was these 20 stories that played the biggest part in inflating our numbers. So Before you step in to 2010, please take a click back at our best of YBNBY 2009.

Feel free to link to your favorites.

1. Where the Streets Have Bad Names - A January 9th, 2009 post about funny street names turned out to be our biggest traffic draw by far.

2. The Rape Tunnel - Real? Art? Or stunt? After Echowood posted this story, everyone wanted to know the deal with The Rape Tunnel.

3. 22 misspelled Political Signs - If there was one post on YBNBY this year that captured the state of America perfectly, it was this one from Miss C. Everyone has an opinion, but that doesn't mean they know how to spell.

4. Top 10 Songs to Have Sex to - Required reading for anyone who needs to get some.

5. Make the Girl Dance - A viral video of nude women lip syncing as they walk down a Paris street. Oui!

That's just the start. There's just 15 more clicks to go.

The Top 20 stories continues...

6. Boob Cakes - If you love boobs and cake, you will love this.

7. Caption Competition 146 - What the hair is going on here exactly?

8. FaceBook Easter Eggs - Facebook has a secret which everyone can unlock.

9. 19 Truly Tasteless T-shirts - These shirts push the limits of good taste.

10. Yahoo Answers: 10 of the dumbest questions - Laugh so hard you'll cry...at the stupidity of the Internet.

11. Christopher Walken Performs Lady GaGa - Mr. Walken shows us how ridiculous a pop song really is.

12. Something is Very Wrong Here - Have you seen The Realist? The DisneyLand Orgy.

13. Where Are They Now: Serial Killers - If you're dying to know where these nuts are today.

14. 10 Anti-Drug PSAs That Are Totally Awesome When You're High - A post about drugs, ads and getting toasted. YBNBY at its finest!

15. Penis Cakes - Less popular than Boob Cakes but just as revoltingly delicious.

16. Danica Patrick Autographs man's boobs - A stunning example of one fans obsession with eating snacks foods.

17. Ten Cereals you May Not Remember - Read this so you never forget.

18. Small Penis Alert - The story of one building that got revenge on a guy who pissed in their lobby.

19. The Chronic: Of Cursing - Enjoy 5 minutes of insane profanity and inappropriate language.

20. One-eyed Monster - A Ron Jeremy Horror Film.

Thanks to everyone and every site who have pimped our stories so much over the year. Especially Gorilla Mask and StumbleUpon.

See you with more nonsense in 2010.

How could I have missed the Ron Jeremy movie. So cheesy yet looks like a good laugh.
