Best Airports to Make a Connection

In case you weren't aware, traveling sucks. And many of you will probably be doing a lot of it in the next few days. Because we care about your well-being, your happiness, and your potential trip to the mile-high club, we're sharing this study done by AXE which gives you the best and worst airports to "make a connection."

My dream is to pilot a car fueled only on mayonnaise and Worcestershire sauce from Kennebunkport, Maine to Schenectady, New York. My second dream is to sit next to a hot and flirtatious girl on a transatlantic flight (preferably a ballerina with a hot accent). Since it's now mandatory that I'm sat next to an over weight guy who spills his honey roasted peanut crumbs on me and speaks - at great length - about his love of pinochle on each flight I take, the hot chick scenario doesn't seem likely. Still, this list gives me some hope of where I can try to find some action.

Here, without further ado, are the best airports to find true love in.

The study revealed that the best airports for making connections are the ones that typically experience high delays and bad weather, but also have numerous amenities for stranded travelers to meet and mingle. Newark International and John F. Kennedy International in New York landed the #1 and #2 spots, and the rest of the Top 10 are listed below.

Top 10 Airports for "Making Connections"

1. Liberty Int'l (Newark, N.J.)
2. John F. Kennedy Int'l (New York)
3. Philadelphia Int'l
4. Dallas/Ft. Worth Int'l
5. Minneapolis - St. Paul Int'l
6. San Francisco Int'l
7. Charles de Gaulle (Paris, France)
8. O'Hare Int'l (Chicago)
9. London Heathrow Airport
10. Rome Fiumicino Airport

I've been to seven of those airports and not one single offer of a quickie in the bathroom. Perhaps it's my unsightly neck tumor. For a full list, check out AXE's Facebook Page.
