seem to be foreign speakers, they don't know what they say and have a very strange accent, maybe slavish/russian. this is in no way a German production.

Could this be some sort of Slavic/Russian ribbing of German culture from an outsider's perspective, akin to SNL's "Sprockets" 20 years ago? I noticed in the end credits the producer's name is "Gesundheit."
