I saw Mike Gordon solo in Jacksonville a few weeks ago (w/Scott Murawski on guitar -- highly recommend checking them out, BTW.) I met Mike after the show and asked him if there was any truth to the rumors about a NYE run in Miami again. He grinned and said, "Hmm...that might be happening." I saw all four nights last time they did NYE there in '03, it was freaking amazing.

As a transplant from NYC to Raleigh, I had to go for the MSG shows... I was able to score for all 3 nights and got 3rd row center for the first of the 3 shows.
What is your call for the Festival 8 album costume?
Sweet! It's always nice to chat with phans on here. I'm not sure but from what I've been reading, it seems like people are thinking Ziggy Stardust and the Spiders from Mars album since it seems to fit Phish at this time. If I had time to go, I'd love to hit MSG but I'm just happy as hell to see them in Charlottesville. It's been over 9 years since I last saw them but from listening to the Summer shows, it seems like they're back in fine form now!
