This guy rules. (Even if his intention was to make a YouTube hit and not necessarily just spontaneous fun.)

I always honk and cheer whenever I see a sign-holder busting dance moves, too. If you're getting paid minimum wage to hold a sign that says "Condos for Sale," you might as well boogie down. I respect that.
