Williamsburgh is accidentally cool. There's no real explanation for it. But if you do move there you'll have plenty of apartments to choose from. With the economy going south, WB is the first place in the city that is feeling the housing bust.
Daddy just doesn't want to pay for his trust fund kids to live there, so the cool kids are moving out.
