Look how fun it is! If I could read Portuguese, I'd find out how much water you can save in a year. (Hint, Leonardo) But wait, wouldn't we save even more water by just peeing outside?

Uhmmmmm... wow.
"Each flush wastes up to 12 liters (405.76 fl oz // 3.17 gallons) of clean water.
Over an year, it's 4,380 liters (148,105.419 fl oz// 1,157.07 gallons)."
I wish I had the time to put subtitles on the video. I'll try so on my lunch time. Or at least a transcription.
By the way, I can consider myself a pioneer... I've been peeing in the shower for my whole life (as far as I remember).
But please... don't do it when you're in a bathtub...
Thanks, Leonardo!
My pleasure.
i'm of the opinion that you're not wasting water when you flush the toilet for any reason. you're actually helping the natural flow of transpiration by adding more water to the sewage systems. the more water they get the faster they can break down solids.
i flush the toilet every time i walk past the bathroom.
I thought the goverment were always say you should take baths not showers, so the obvious solution is to wee in the bath (women think how young it will make your skin look!)
plus no one washes while their wee'ing so the water wasted whilst you stand there wee'ing equals a flush
Anyway I adopt the bernie focker approach "if its yellow, let it mellow, if its brown, flush it down"
(What the children are saying)
"Peeing in the shower! We want everyone to do it!
Men,
women,
children,
Brazilians
… or not,
Nobility,
commoners,
musicians,
athletes,
People who’re half-man, half-monster,
Things from beyond,
Brazilian folklore legends,
Greek legends,
Nice people,
People who’re not so nice,
Art geniuses
science geniuses,
Trapeze artists,
Lovers,
People from other planets,
Movie phenomenon!
In sum, if you pee, you’re invited!
(what you can read)
A discharge consumes up to 12 L (3.17 gallons) of drinkable water; in a year that’s 4.380 L (1156.5 gallons)
Pee in the shower!
Help the ‘Mata Atlântica’ (the Brazilian Atlantic Woodlands) "
There you go :)
