As if stage-fright weren't enough, now performers have added falls off the stage into the horrors of performing. If Steven Tyler's recent fall in South Dakota is any indication, the stage is something to be feared and destroyed. I remember in the late 80s or early 90s, hearing about Elton John falling off the stage into the orchestra pit...while performing "I'm Still Standing." Not sure if there's footage out there, though.
