Not that I watch Fox News -I don't have to, because all the funny stuff ends up on the internet. Apparently, Brian Kilmeade is trying to say that Swedes can't do research because they are inbred. The way it came out was "We keep marrying other species and other ethnics..." which is screwed up all the way around. You get the feeling he really wanted to say "races" but thought other words would be better. They weren't.

Kilmeade is the same dope that when talking about how the Catholic church imprisoned Galileo for heresy, then died while under house arrest, he said that "Galileo would have died eventually anyway."
