Much as we did with our article on Hobo Decorum, we have compiled another list of rules for people to use in their everyday lives. Specifically if they live in New York. More specifically, if they are in my way and I'm trying to get somewhere. Today, and through a tremendous amount of research and beer, we give you rules for walking on the sidewalk in New York City.
