I have not seen the video yet, but this reminds me of an old hoax.
When they launched that software See You See Me, in order to allow webcam chats, a few week later someone came with the F-you F-me software and hardware. You had to buy a Genital Drive, which was installed in a free 5.25" slot in your PC and use the male or the female configuration (depending on what team you play).
