On IMDB's front page, they have a section called the "Hit List." This is where they make reading suggestions and link to them. I have been fortunate enough to be featured there 3 or 4 times. Thank you IMDB. Today they linked to a piece called 11 Movies That Should Be Musicals on British film magazine site Total Film. I like their magazine and have read it for years.
I took a look at writer Dan Goodswen's article. Funny premise. Take mainstream movies and pitch them as lavish Broadway musicals. Complete with potential song suggestions! What a hilarious idea.
You know when it was funnier? When I wrote it last July. Ten Films That Should Be Broadway Musicals was also featured on IMDB's Hit List. Pretty suspicious if you ask me, kids.
You can judge for yourself. One more thing, Carlos Mencia, er, I mean Dan Goodswen, mine is funnier.
