I came upon this clip on Laughing Squid tonight, and it's pure gold. I have no idea who this guy is and whether it's just a single funny clip or the launch of a new comedy character or show. But I'm hooked - I think we've finally found a true American successor to David Brent.

Are you sure this is a joke? Yes, it is funny, but I think I sat through a seminar sometime in the 90's where someone went though the same routine. He was dead serious.
