Many years ago Virgin Records ran a brilliant campaign in London that declared their stores a Christmas Free zone during the holidays, and it was so refreshing. So I'm with Scott Beale at Laughing Squid on this, I'll be celebrating through abstinence.

What does a blogger do on his/her "day off", anyway? Change their clothes?
Sorry, to be snarky here but this kind of arrogant, "I'll leave so as not ot be O-fended, by the little people and their webteevees" is the real annoyance.
