We used to vacation at Cannon Beach and Haystack Rock every year. And a little town called Seaside. It was like the Goonies.

#10 looks like a pretty big city in a pretty green area. Made me think of Sao Paulo but I can't really say it fits from the pics I saw. It is huge and surrounded by green though.
