We're changing things up - again - here on these "From the Air" challenges. This time, instead of giving you a small square of tasty satellite images from around the globe, I'm giving you the actual Google Map. The catch is, the items featured in this version tend to be less in the way of landmarks and more in the way of "wtf"? I think I have a pretty good grasp on what these things are, but even I'm not entirely sure on some of them. So let's open the comments section up to speculation and see what we come up with. (Oh, and it's cheating if you use the "Show Labels" option or "Wikipedia" entries.) I'm not so much interested in correct answers than wild guesses. It'll be more interesting that way.

1. Ancient signal left behind by the Ring Reef population, as an alert for the visitors that that bathing area has an infestation of savage Candiru fish. (Ring Reef - circa 750 bC)
2. Florida's attempt on building the world's largest roundabout ever, still under construction. The major roundabout will be composite by several smaller roundabout on it's inside. After finished, will also be the most mazing road cross ever. If you're new in town, avoid it at any costs, some folks--even experienced--are said to stay wandering round and round there for months before figuring out where to go to.
3. When God created this part of the world, he took a little time to play around with his compass and rules to draw these circles and triangle. Alongside with the Platipus, it's the proof that God not only has sense of humor but also likes to kill time doing unusual/odd stuff.
4. As always, Egyptians show they were avant-garde in their era. What we're doing today with the crop-circles, they've been doing zillions of years ago. And that shows they were wiser too, for using sand instead of corn, barley... They knew food is a precious stuff, not to be wasted in extra terrestrial advice signs.
5. Oh the Chinese people... now vanished by tempestive showers and the action of the wind erosion over the decades, what we see inside the square is the remains of the sand+rock sculpted kanji "yuulan jin heeru"--translates "landing zone here"--an advertising piece for the flying-vessels parking lot owned by Ju Hin Khan, Gengis Khan's non-barbarian younger brother.
6.
Ali: Ja'Mal, are you sure you droped the magic lamp here?
Ja'Mal: Yes, take a better look.
Ali: What are you doin... AAAAAAAAAGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
Ja'Mal: This is SPARTAAAA!!! Oh Allah, I always wanted to do that.
Samir(looking to the sky): Uh... Ja'Mal?
Ja'Mal: Yes, Samir.
Samir: You're busted... The Google Satellite has just caught you killing Ali.
Ja'Mal: Damn!
7. In the spring time, some vessel breeds leave the ocean and cruise rivers up to the source, in order to reproduce. This phenomenon is becoming rare year after year, due to the predatory hunt of the vessels, to extract its belly oil.
8. Dumbo and his family, running away from Disney World's slavery regime. GO WILD, DUMBO!
9. Pre-historic civilizations worshiped Dur-a-Celleroptecus Rabbitidian, the ancient god of the never-ever ending energy. Here we have a statue found by Henry Jones, Jr. when he was in an pre-school field trip to archealogical sites.
10. Shiny happy people holding hands and laughing. In this Google satellite imagery, you see the Uhrynowsky twins after leaving a cafe in Amsterdam and wandering "destination: nowhere". It's a wonder how they made it back to the hotel.
11. YBNBY's head quarter, aka, "The Loyal 77 Plaza". If you look closer, you'll see Echo standing on the roof, near the ventilation turbines 'puffing' the remaining memories from his Amsterdam trip.
Have you noticed, that in the #6 image, there's only a rectangle of non-blurred area. All the rest around is nothing but green and brown spots.
Isn't there anything else around there?
or
Move around people, there's nothing to see here...
or
Google doesn't give a shit to Chad, except for their one and only water source location...
The truth is out there. Or not. But it's somewhere...
Wow... stunning descriptions today Mr. Carvalho. Very impressed.
Thanks...
I gave myself the luxury of a spare time this afternoon and came out with this one.
As an IT worker--programmer--I could use the same old excuse for my lazy-ass time out: "compiling"...

Yeah, I enjoy when people will go to great lengths for a joke, even with a limited audience. Hence the headquarters of the Loyal 77.
Hahah..
But as you, I'm a google maps' addict. I could spend my whole day rolling the pages around and I would not notice the time going away....
