Ahahahah brilliant! I've wanted to do that so many times in high school with the morons who wouldn't shut up during concerts.
Another thing you can do is stop the entire concert dead in its tracks to yell at the person, as my conductor did one time with a kid who brought chips into the auditorium. 'Twas glorious :)
Sort of like the time my mother fell asleep in the middle of a performance of Hamlet and the actors directed the entire performance to her until she woke up.

Er, this is covent gardens and so they would be street performers, not really a concert is it, the guy did nothing wrong by using his phone in public, still what they did was funny, the performers over there always interact loads with the audience
