Jesus wasn't a zombie. He was resurrected, but in his resurrection, he retained his soul - the key component in the distinction.
Otherwise it would just be a book about self-loathing! LOL!

WTF Zombies have souls, ipso facto Jesus was a cosmic Jewish Zombie who was his own father and who could make you live forever if you just symbolically ate his flesh and telepathically told him you accepted him as your master, so he could remove an evil force from your soul that is present in humanity because a rib-woman was convinced by a talking snake to eat from a magical tree.
And that my friends is Christianity in a nutshell

Thanks Colombo. Makes perfect sense now. If they had it in comic book form I'd probably read it.
Best take I've seen on Spider-man - Amazing Fantasy #15
Technically, Jesus is a zombie. Rose from his grave.
Matthew 27:50-53 tells us Jesus' death was celebrated by zombie saints. Why would he hate them?
Even more biblical zombies: Zechariah 14:12
Takayama, good point.
Damn. That is a good point Tak. I want to check this book out and see what they're getting at.
