Ralph Santiago, 31, was found dead in the men's toilets of the building he worked wearing Wellington boots, a wetsuit and gas mask.

I understand the gas mask but why the Wellingtons and wet suit? And why would the guy choose to do this on his first day at the new job? Very strange..
