Over the last six months, YouTube has really implemented a lot of improvements - HD quality, widescreen, enhanced embeds, and a much improved system of recommendations.
Occasionally I'll go in and browse what they offer, and most of the things they recommend to me make perfect sense - Watchmen movie trailers, 80s music videos, classic British comedy, viral commercials.
And then, today, YouTube recommended to me the above. And I thought it was just too perfect not to share. WTF?

It seems Youtube recognizes scara's endless searches for JW and other douche bags and is suggesting a DIY alternative.
thank god it was edited, under the new UK extreme porn laws I probably could be arrested for watching that un-edited.....

Well, that's obviously a private clinic. As someone who's had the misfortune of being in a Chinese hospital, that place is way too clean and uncrowded.
