The closest I've ever been to going on safari was at Disney's Animal Kingdom when a college student drove us (excitedly) through a pre-determined route and told us to look out for lions. Safely between our truck and the beasts was a huge moat covered with bushes and Disney's famous foam rocks. I like to avoid dangerous situations at all costs, hence my Ebola-free journey to Disney World. Nick Brandt gets up close to nature as his photographs undoubtedly show.
