A new style of dance has emerged from the streets.
It's called Flex Dancing - a mixture of flexing, contortion, hip-hop, popping, gliding and whatever other crazy styles the kids call them. I'm no expert (unless we're slam dancing) but when I saw some of it displayed on an MTV dance show my eyes did a little popping out.
It's crazy. And only for the double jointed!
Woah.
