Fascinating. This should reassure you as to their quality, at least. I was a bit surprised to see the forms they used -those things look two feet long!

Pretty Nifty, first time I've seen the process though I've seen many documentaries about their use by the likes of Carmen Luvana, Brianna Banks and Ron Jeremy.
Actually I would be very worried by the test point and process. Sample testing is notoriously unreliable and they are tested BEFORE they go through several more operations which could cause pin pricks or leaks.
I remember several years ago, columnist Bob Greene was on Letterman talking about doing a column about the Trojans factory. He saw a line of women putting the condoms on the metal shafts so they could be dipped into an electrolyte solution to test for leaks.
"I was thinking two things," Greene said. 'The first is that this must be the most boring, mind-numbing job possible...and the second is that these women would be GREAT dates."
"They're brushed with silicon oil, and rolled up." 4:22
Correct me if I'm wrong, but aren't there a lot of warnings saying that silicon and/or oil DEGRADE latex?!?
Other than that it was really interesting...
