I never looked at slapping as a contest.
It always seemed to me like something TV characters did more for effect and to give the sound editors a chance to enhance the motion with a big "smack."
Fortunately there are lots of people who have taken the slap to the next level.
They've dared to ask who could slap the hardest and win? Or inflict the most pain. Or just slap it out for laugh.
