Previously, I thought the video me and my ex-girlfriend made a few years ago was the best lip syncing video on the internet. (It was a result of a hot summer night, drinking, and trying to show off our new apartment to friends and family.) I was wrong. We may score for best English-language video on the web, but my friend Evan showed me the video above and I believe it takes the cake for all-time greatness. Now if only I knew what they were saying.

Wow Echo. I never knew you had such quality lip talent at home. I hope you use it wisely and only for good.
Have you seen the Flagpole Sittah one from the folks at College Humor? http://www.vimeo.com/173714
Thanks Bi! Unfortunately, as you'll note, she's my "ex" girlfriend, so my skills were sadly spent on syncing Queen songs, rather than servicing the "queen" if you know what a mean...
That is a fantastic song/video. Some serious staging and blocking going on. Who the heck paid for that?
As for your Queen vid echo, great song choice. Sorry you lost that lady, she seems a go for anything, course that may have been the problem. You were looking for the "love of my life" while she was more "I want to break free."
Well, 'the show must go on' I guess.
Nice use of the Queen songs Baier. Yeah that video really makes me question your sexuality Echo as you do those dancing moves a little better than her.....maybe that's why she's an "ex" now.....hmmmmmm.....
With her mother around, I always felt "under pressure" to take this "crazy little thing called love" up a notch.
Well she wasn't a 'fat bottomed girl' so that's a reason to rush 'headlong' into love.
'the show must go on' even if it's 'bohemian rhapsody.'
Her mom's a 'sweet lady.' She means well I'm sure. But when push comes to shove Echo, my advice is "tie your mother down.'
Yep, I can't come close to topping that one.
Point: Baierman
Sorry, I have lots of Queen load on iTunes.
So Echo, Your 'ex' girl friend, You still keep in touch with her?
I think you should convince her to come down to New Zealand for a holiday. Don't worry buddy, I'll look after her. Its the least I could do.
Ok Guys maybe i can help you!
The song in the video is called "pizzica" and is a tipical song/dance from salento (a little region in the south of Italy.....in Apulia).
Do you need a short translation of the beginning?
(foza cumpari, cummari, vinite, balliam a pizzica, prendet o chitarr....ecc ecc)
cam'on guys, cam'on girls, came here, shall we dance "pizzica", take the guitar....ecc ecc)
I had same problem with Mouvable type ID so....my blog is www.albergodiffuso.net
Bye Bye
Rizoma
Ladies and gentlemen, come running (repeated several times)
Let's dance the pizzica [popular Apulian dance]
bring on the drums, bring on the guitars
come dancing!
And when we're having sunshowers
they say the foxes are getting married...
(and so forth)
Quite cool indeed.
