Here's an udderly charming story. Michele Allen was arrested on Saturday night for wearing a cow costume and chasing children. Before you complain that this is a terrible tragedy of justice where a poor mascot was detained without cause, know that she also "allegedly urinated on the porch of one neighbor", so the whole thing probably had a much more bacchanalian vibe to it.
