Joe Biden Alters History
Yes, we have been poking fun at the ridiculousness that is Sarah Palin's vice presidential candidacy. We're just joshin'. It's fun. And, well, rather easy.

But don't think the other side of the campaign is without gaffes and stupidity.

To wit; Joe Biden's version of history.

Oh boy.

Quick revision. Franklin Roosevelt was sworn in as President of the United States on March 4, 1933. The stock market took a deuce and fell apart on October 29, 1929. The President at the time was Herbert "The Mayor of Shanty Town" Hoover. Also ... if the President went on television in 1929, that would be quite something considering that Philo Farnsworth had only had a working prototype for about a year. There wasn't actually people watching anything until the early 40's. Even then, it was about 7 people.

Care to try again Senator?

Isn't this why Obama picked Biden. Every campaign needs a crazy old guy that says things that don't make any sense.

Biden also this week told a rally that there was no way he'd let Obama ban shotguns cause he (biden) owned guns. Then he inferred that he'd use his Barretta (sp?) to stop Obama if Obama tried to take his guns. Way to go Joe!

Joe may need a time out to regroup.

Dead on Baierman. That's why Clinton hired Ross Perot in '92.

I'm just guessing here, but I'll bet Sentaor Biden made reference to the Stock Market crash because it led to the Great Depression, which lasted until the early 40's, which took place during FDR's administration, which he might have spoken about on tv. Make sense?

I know man. That's preposterous. Everyone knows FDR got on his blog and started posting about the New Deal when he heard the depression had come.

But let me guess....the mainstream media won't blow this out of proportion like they would if Sarah Palin made a mistake like this.
