By way of devastatingly beautiful, incredibly articulate, and awesome smelling frequent commenter "Consevalibercrat", we were sent this e-mail message:

Check out the Store link. Is this real? Is this Echo being funny in a creepy kinda way? Just curious.
I actually wish I were that funny. Me setting up a socialist inspired vegetarian farm would be HILARIOUS, especially considering I hate most people and always laugh with glee as I eat steak and imagine orphaned cows as I eat their mothers (medium rare please). But the issue here is that someone stole my name. I can't have them running around, throwing "Echowood" on tofu flavored tofu or bark flavored granola. I have a reputation to uphold. So thank you Consevalibercrat for bringing this matter to my attention. I'm about to get litigious on their asses.
If you are eating the Cow {An adult female who has had one or two calves (depending on regional usage) is called a cow.} odds are that the cut of meat is not very good, in others words you are eating steak that was meant for Taco Bell! Your steak more than likely is from a steer that was grain fed for the last few months and is about 16 months old.
Don't worry I slept at a Holiday Inn Express last night!
I forgot, you are a baby eater!
You're quite welcome Echo. Good luck with your legal endeavors. It's only going to be a matter of time, before they post a link showing them crying over trees.

Echo, here's the "how to make tofu" video from the same group:

Actually we are not vegetarians. And no we are not putting
"Echowood" on tofu. We are putting it on hippy soap and incense so I don't know if this is better or worse.
But just wanted to clear up any nonsense that I don't enjoy a good steak! This is Texas after all.
Alas though I can not give up the name... I could however send you one of our t-shirts that say Echowood on the front and The Leader Says We're Not A Cult on the back. Just email me.

Rob- That may be the single greatest T-Shirt ever. I'll take a dozen!
