Something occurs to me, though. If I am the official 'first runner-up' of this competition, does that mean that I may assume the duties of the winner and wear the shirt whenever he's not using it? Furthermore, do I automatically inherit said shirt in the unfortunate demise of our beloved compatriot?
I think these are important questions to ponder. Perhaps an official YBNBY caption competition winners guide is in order.
