When Levinator 25 posted a video to YouTube showing a glitch in EA's PGA Tour 08, EA responded with the above video.

The cynic in me says that Levinator 25 may have been a plant (or at least, co-opted by EA), but if not, this is the best response to a single customer complaint I've ever seen. And even if it is a plant, it's pretty fun.
