Both Bernie Mac and Isaac Hayes passed this weekend. Tragic.
I saw Miss C. post her tribute so I was going to add some more stuff on Breakfast Links (I did) and leave it at that.
But then I saw this photo on Isaac's site. Bernie and Isaac together in happier, breathing times. They are on the set of their new movie Soul Men which is set to come out on October 10, 2008.
So 2 out of 3 of the stars of this movie are gone in a span of 48 hours. A bad omen for those involved in the movie? Perhaps.
But I hope it's not a bad sign for Samuel L. Jackson. Celeb's tend to pass in 3's, motherfucker.

On a positive note, Maybe the reaper will take Jesse Jackson. He's an actor. A bad one, but an actor.
Celebs (no apostrophe) don't die in threes. People lump them into groups of three. Not even remotely the same thing.
This is defiantly a weird year for celeb and celeb like people like Tim Russert dying suddenly.
