OMFG.
I hadn't checked the perpetually-awesome Fail Blog for a few weeks, but I'm pleased to see they've now stepped it up from a .wordpress.com address to a .org, AND they now feature videos in addition to their dazzling array of photos documenting failure in all its forms.
PS: Just in case you were worried you just saw a snuff film, the "More Info" on YouTube is quick to point out, "NOTE: She lives." (No word yet on how the furniture held up, though.)

Is she dead? Yikes.
And the shelf said
"Looks like I'm on top!"
She's okay... with all of that CRAP in that nasty ass room, I'm sure there was a nice funky pile of dirty laundry on the floor to cushion the fall.
Yeah, ya know, as I watch this again in the light of sobriety, err, day, I'm wondering if it's actually a set-up. The first time the chest lurches, around 1:00 in, any sane person probably would have realized it was a bad idea and let go...and the top of the fallen chest does seem a few inches higher than it ought to be if it were just her body under it (in other words, it seems like something else just out of camera range might be holding it up.)
Still, pretty damn entertaining either way.

Looks like the chest stopped at the corner of the desk where the camera is placed...
