These ladies have a very creative way to show their love for Mickey Mouse. Would Disney ever let them in to the parks though?

Of all the strange things in that photo, the one that stands out to me is it appears that is a mom and daughter with the father looking on in approval. Whose idea was it? Mom or daughter?
