The Fall hasn't opened wide, but those of us lucky to live in New York or Los Angeles can catch it at a few theaters around town. It hasn't been widely publicized, there's been little to no buzz, and there surely won't be an accompanying video game. When the picture opens wide on May 30th, I urge you to give it a chance. (Guys, while your girlfriend/mother is in watching Sex and The City, head over to the theater next door and see something that won't make you shit candy-coated pun-filled shit for three days.) In fact, see this movie for Catinca Untaru alone. If you are not totally smitten by this girl's performance, then you're about as warm-hearted as current-state Ted Williams.
For more information, and to see what a labor of love this movie was for Director Tarsem, read his interview at the Onion A.V. Club. And once more for good measure, The Fall's trailer.

He's got an eye for photography. Did you like The Cell though? How's the storytelling?
