I used to do a regular feature of online movies and trailers here, but with the rise of YouTube, links to quicktime movies just didn't seem to have the same appeal. But occasionally I still like to head over to the Japanese Apple trailers site, to spot weird and incomprehensible trailers for movies that'll probably never make it to these shores. Three I came upon tonight:

The Indy 5 Million

While my son anxiously awaits the Lego Indiana Jones game for his Playstation, these guys decided to try an alternate route, building a Lego boulder from 5 million bricks (allegedly).

I wonder what an insurance company does when it gets a claim form with "My van was hit by a giant rolling Lego boulder" on it.

How to Fold a Shirt

She's doing it all wrong! Sure, the result looks OK, but my method is faster.

404 Error

Whoops! We're not sure if it was your fault or ours (probably yours, we're good that way) but you've encountered a FATAL ERROR!!! Or at least, a pretty grumpy one.

Specifically the Latvians who run our server are telling us in a weird accent "Smarty error: [in evaluated template line 5]: syntax error: unrecognized tag 'mtfeed' (Smarty_Compiler.class.php, line 580), Comrade!". Ain't life a bitch.

If you want to vent, email our slacker of a webmaster. Otherwise, we'd suggest going back, using search, or clicking around aimlessly on this page like a moron.

Have fun.
