Researchers in the Himalayan Mountains have reported discovering a new species of land-dwelling mammal, in this month's Scientific American

Using a overextended mouth and elongated tongue to capture it's prey, it seems to be endangered due to infrequent mating habits. This could be the only time we ever see the creature in the wild.
