You may have read my recent post about the squabble going on at Fox & Friends. My opinion of Fox News generally wavers between indifference and outright disgust, so I obviously took some satisfaction in posting the clip. It's what I do.
But I like to be fair, and when I recently kept seeing different news organizations and websites (especially left-leaning ones) posting another clip from that show because one of the anchors "stormed off" the set, I decided to take a look. And all I have to say is: hey dumbasses...the guy was obviously joking, The other anchor said "What if I called you a typical sportsguy, and he did the comedic storm off the set thing. You all can't be this retarded, can you? When you take swipes at the opposition (which I'm totally ok with) but you're too stupid to know what you're actually seeing, you don't do the cause any good. I mean...I'm really, really dumb, and even I knew what he was doing.
On a related subject, this reminds me of the guys on MSNBC not being able to figure out that the SNL Hillary sketch they were watching was really a dig at Hillary and not Obama. Chris Matthews even had the SNL writer on his show, and when he told Chris they were actually poking fun at Hillary's 3:00am spot, Chris just looked back at him with a deer in the headlights look.
And we want the candidates to speak to us like adults? How would the pundits know which side they're on?

Thanks for being bold enough to take a stand. A lot of left-leaning blogs are blowing this joke way out of proportion.
It was clearly a joke.
But only you had the courage to see through the smoke and mirrors.
