Wow, I watched AI last night and was impressed with that arrangement but I had no idea he was just copying Chris Cornell.
For anyone who doesn't already have it- I highly recommend Chris Cornell's Unplugged in Sweden bootleg. He does a great version of this song, some other great covers, some classic Soundgarden / Temple of the Dog, and some improved version of Audioslave songs.
I was pretty fucking impressed when I heard Cook pull that off last night. Thats probably the fifth song I've seen on AI all year and the first from him. So he ripped it off and its not as cool anymore, but it is just a glorified karaoke contest isn't it?

I love Soundgarden, Audioslave and Cornell's solo work... but i prefer Cooks rendition of this song.
