Well, he resigned. A couple days too late for some, but he's out nonetheless. I doubt it had anything to do with "doing the right thing", or "acting in the voters' best interests". I think the main reason was he didn't want to be the punchline of monologues for months to come. Letterman, alone did three hours on him, and Maher's probably kicking himself for taking the week off. But guess what, it ain't over, because SNL still gets a shot. And as Seth Myers told Paper Magazine earlier this week...it's gonna be good.

So who do you think gets to play the besmurched Governor? I think the safe money is on Bill Hader. But my longshot pick is Andy Samberg. Who do you think it will be?
