The American Council for an Energy Efficient Economy has ranked the twelve greenest cars in America. There’s not a whole lot of difference between the twelve as far as their environmental-impact scores, so they are all good at what they do. You might guess the Toyota Prius would be on top... But no. The greenest car in America is the Honda Civic GX, which runs on “compressed natural gas.” Just typing that makes my inner child giggle.
