iJustine breaks Cancun

Another shameless commercial plug, brought to you by me, the shameless plugger

I've been working with American Eagle Outfiters to help bring their Spring Break channel to the web, and it can now be seen here. It's early in the program yet, but over the next few weeks, there'll be a lot of new content uploaded, including exclusive video concert footage of Fall Out Boy and Akon live in Cancun, and Gym Class Heroes from the slopes of Squaw Valley USA. We're also sending videoblogger extraordinaire iJustine out to Cancun to file some daily video reports (the above video is a quick teaser as she shops for the trip.)

Head over to the 77e website and check out the interactive video walkthrough of What to Pack. And if you're in Cancun the first week of March, and happen to see justine, tell her YBNBY says hi!

I'm Lost.
KateSawyerFrisky.jpg

Another week...another amazing episode. But other than knowing Kate still likes a good roll in the hay with Sawyer, I'm once again left with more questions than answers. Maybe you all could help me out.

Spoilery questions after the jump.

Sticks and Balls

Golf is like sex, it’s sticks and balls. So lets see how many sexual innuendos (both obvious and nonsensical) we can stick into one song about golf. Audio NSFW.

Cai Guo-Qiang at the Guggenheim
CaiGuoQiang.jpg

An amazing mid-career retrospective for Cai Guo-Qiang titled I Want To Believe begins today at the Guggenheim.

The museum website describes the artist as "exploding the accepted parameters of art making in our time". This is immediately evident in Inopportune: Stage One, which includes nine real cars, suspended from the museum ceiling, simulating a car bombing. Other examples in the exhibit include Head-on, a collection of 99 life-size, stuffed replicas of wolves charging over viewers' heads headlong into a glass wall, and Borrowing Your Enemy's Arrows, on loan from the permanent collection at MOMA.

Overall, there are more than 80 works in the show, which runs until May 28th. It should not be missed.

Baby Boom
J-Lo.jpg
J-Lo is a mommy!
Jennifer Lopez and husband Marc Anthony welcomed twins early Friday morning, a son and a daughter.

After multiple false alarms over the past few weeks, set off by extra security, over-eager tipsters, etc., the babies were born at a Long Island hospital, J.Lo's publicist, Leslie Sloane Zelnik, told E! News.

"The family is doing well," said Zelnik, who did not know if Lopez and Anthony had named the babies yet.

Hollywood better prepare for a bunch more. Angelina Jolie is also expecting twins, which will bring her to six kids under age 7. Then there’s Jessica Alba, also reportedly having twins somewhere around June 8.

Hitchcock Pix
BirdsPic.jpg

Via Neatorama, 2008 Hollywood Portfolio: Hitchcock Classics, in this month's issue of Vanity Fair, is the latest batch of celebrity imagery from Annie Leibovitz.

I think Lifeboat and The Birds are my favorites. Although the writer of the attached article likes North By Northwest...Set Rogan as Cary Grant? That's a bit of a stretch for me.

- Jon Stewart and Larry King discuss the election. Sometimes he annoys me.
- I've been wondering where I can get some actual nails from the crucifixion.
- Or maybe some tetris block ice cubes. They may actually be a little cheaper.
- Time for our Will Ferrell clip of the day. Today...Will Ferrell wears big pants.
- And Hillary should fire the writer who gave her the Change you can Xerox line.
