I don't know if this beats tobacco spit, but it's still pretty disgusting.
When I was about 5, I bit into a Chicken McNugget to find something hard. I looked down to see what appeared to be a tumor, surrounded by a purpley, veiny tinge. Let's just say that when I heard about the fried Chicken head, I wasn't as disgusted as most.
