Its twelve inches long, looks like a penis, and its for women. But its not a sex toy. The Shenis is a specially-shaped funnel that allows women to pee standing up.
Personally, I never had any desire to pee standing up. But there is apparently a big market for devices such as these. Women who travel a lot and hate dealing with dirty facilities, and women who don't have the leg strength to squat or get up and down from a toilet can find these to be quite useful.
