I once turned down an annual salary of five million dollars. When I woke up, the sheets were all sweaty. Then again, I haven't taken the Yankees to four world championships and 12 straight playoffs (side note: "world" championships?) Anyway, the Joe Torre era is over, and the guessing game begins. Will it be Donnie baseball; former Yankee catcher and NL manager of the year Joe Girardi, or perennial playoff skipper Tony LaRussa?
