So recently on the food_porn community at livejournal, someone posted a recipe for bacon apple pie. Everyone has been telling me and my roommates that this it was bound to taste like fail and lose and we were totally nuts for trying it out. Everyone, apparently, had no idea wtf they were talking about.

Makes sense to me. We've all been to banquets where the whole roast pig had an apple in its mouth. What? You haven't?
