Uh, it's called retouching... ever heard of it? And whoever that is sucks... professional retouchers leave in pores, skintone, actual human flesh. The guy airbrushed and filled the skin with a solid tone so it looks like an illustration. Passable online, garbage "Stuff/Maxim" quality in the professional real world.
